DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Contribute to digital transformation efforts by designing and developing scalable full stack solutions for back-office systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into robust technical implementations. Analyze system workflows and propose end-to-end solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Develop and maintain backend services using Java and frontend interfaces with ReactJS, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Engage with users, cross-functional teams, and vendors to implement new features and enhance existing systems. Conduct code reviews, perform testing, and uphold quality assurance standards across the technology stack. Support the definition and evolution of architectural standards for new applications and business systems. Stay informed on emerging technologies and assess their relevance to ongoing business innovation.
REQUIREMENT

Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development with Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS. Demonstrate solid understanding of RESTful APIs, API Gateway, AWS, and cloud-native application development. Have experience working with databases such as MSSQL or MySQL, and familiarity with platforms including Salesforce, Web, and Mobile. Exposure to React Native, .NET framework, or other frontend/backend technologies is considered a plus. Bring knowledge of financial systems such as Trading, Data Warehousing, Accounting, Reporting, Payment Gateway, and KYC/AML. Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, a self-driven mindset, and the capacity to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
