DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building initiatives Identify and cultivate new market opportunities and distribution channels Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners Oversee digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media engagement strategies Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy Manage and mentor the sales and marketing teams to achieve performance targets Set and monitor KPIs, budgets, and ROI for all campaigns and initiatives Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to align market needs with innovation
REQUIREMENT

10+ years solid sales and marketing experience in FMCG industry, personal care categories experience is a big plus Familiar with the Modern Trade channels as well as EC channels Strategic with Go-To-Market strategy Entrepreneurship spirit and able to create and initiative but not only followers Solid people leadership experience and able to drive and motivate team members Open minded with high flexibility and learning agility Great brand in HQ and has great potential and opportunity in Taiwan Strong R&D with good product quality About Our Client Our client is a well-known consumer healthcare and personal care company in the world with strong presence in Taiwan.
