DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintaining data in SAP related to machine capacity and material data (Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and Packaging Materials). Coordinating with other departments regarding the submission of Planning Hours and Capacity Reports. Managing warehouse capacity and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) requirements. Monitoring stock levels and aging of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials. Conducting performance reviews and improvements of the Supply Chain/PPIC and Warehouse functions to meet targets. Acting as the Person in Charge (PIC) for the digitalization roadmap within the Supply Chain/PPIC and Warehouse areas. Reviewing and updating the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Supply Chain/PPIC and Warehouse operations for 7 Plants.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC, Warehouse, or Continuous Improvement. In-depth knowledge of standardization process, monitoring performance, and development production planning, capacity, warehouse management. Advance in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) & SAP. Strong interest in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
