DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and oversee entire import process (include all documents and administration) Handle all import documentations and procedures (include HS code, duty payments, etc) Coordinate with related internal departments to ensure timely process Monitor and stay updated in custom regulations, policies, and procedures and ensure company’s compliance with these changes. Coordinate (include track and update) shipment movement from origin to destination (warehouse) Arrange schedule with selected carriers (ensure efficient, timely, and competitive rate) Prepare reports related to Import Process
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in Logistics/Business Administration/other relevant field (open for Fresh Grads with related internship experience) Have interest in import fields Well versed (or willing to learn) in government (including custom) regulation related to permit licenses related to Importation Good in analyze, communication and negotiation skill Proficiency in data entry and documentation management Proficient in English (writing and speaking) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent negotiation and communication skill High integrity, strong leadership, decision making, and interpersonal skill Critical thinking skill and knowledge of analytics
