DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies, procedures and programmes to support the company's business objectives Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations Providing strategic HR advice and guidance to the leadership team on matters such as organisational design, talent management and employee engagement Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations Driving continuous improvement in HR processes and practices to enhance the employee experience Collaborating cross-functionally to foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing organisational culture
REQUIREMENT

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field At least 5 years of progressive experience in a senior HR role, preferably within Construction Fields Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies and programmes Knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices in Indonesia
