DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project timelines, Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and roadmaps. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives based on Agile/Scrum methodology. Ensure effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on project timelines and goals. Prepare and deliver project presentations to management and stakeholders. Promote collaboration and teamwork across large and diverse teams.
REQUIREMENT

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager. Proficient in both written and spoken English. Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Office and JIRA. Familiar with SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Skilled in creating and managing project tools such as Gantt Charts, Kanban Boards, timelines, and roadmaps. Experience working with large project teams is a strong advantage. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent presentation and communication abilities. Capable of translating complex technical concepts into easily understood language for non-technical stakeholders. Proactive with strong leadership qualities. Critical thinker with high curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.
