DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement sales and marketing plan to drive and grow business. Achieve sales target with planned sales volumes and potential customers in HK and Macao. Implement value selling and project/products type business processes. Ability to identify customer pain points and comes up with solution addressing those challenges in line with portfolio. Seek out and leverage resources to drive innovation and new offerings. Provides accurate customer and project information via CRM for forecasts and planning. Completes sales and revenue related key reporting. Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds up market ecosystem. Contributes to the development of service market business in the region. Actively visit customer and participate promotion seminar to build up relationships and selling on key projects.
REQUIREMENT

Higher Diploma or above in electrical, Building Services, automation engineering or related disciplines 3 years of experience in buildings, system or automation solutions Experienced in sales function and project bidding skill, and achieve sales target Strong teamwork with good communication skills, motivation, and capabilities. Willingness to learn and grow professionally and personally Familiar with HK/Macao vertical industry i.e. Building Automation, HVAC, Electrical, IoT sensors/products, Data center is a plus High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus)
