DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• To bridge between business user and application developer/infrastructure team.
• Interpreting Business User needs and requests into Functional Design Documents (FDD), both new requests and changes (change requests) according to Business User needs.
• Documenting in the form of a Business Requirements Document (BRD) and develop user guide.
• Work with user to improve and finalize the business requirement and create functional spec document for core applications. Business requirement will include but not limited to new product development and new services for customers.
• Analyze the risk of system enhancement to existing process in applications.
• Execution and evaluation of SIT results, including supporting the UAT.
• Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.
REQUIREMENT
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
Work Experience:
• 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Preferrably experienced in application tester and document writer, pre-post implementation software.
Skills:
• Proficient in test applications and compile documents, understand SDLC / Agile Development
• Proficient in using microsoft excel, Postman, SQL, R-Studio, Sigma (plus point)
Others:
Willing to work in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara.
