DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide standby and on-call support to customers Assist customers with technical support concerns and challenges, while recommending Resolve trouble tickets escalated to the L2 team within agreed SLA timelines Mentor L1 team members to enhance their technical knowledge and skills. Develop and document Method of Procedure (MOP) prior to implementing any changes.
REQUIREMENT

D3 or S1 from Information Technology Have minimum 1-2 years experiences in IT Industry. Expertise in troubleshooting within production environments Proficient in AWS, Linux, and Kubernetes (kubectl CLI) Strong understanding of processes, standards, and compliance requirements Excellent communication and collaboration skills Hands on experience with AWS EKS, networking, compute, storage, and database services.
