REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 7 years in B2B technical sales with experience in selling materials, components, or customized solutions to large manufacturing clients (experience with tobacco clients is a strong advantage). Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management. Strong ability to drive solution-based selling, not just transactional sales. Aggressive in new business hunting, while skilled in farming existing accounts. Fluent in English and Bahasa. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong B2B technical sales expertise. The ideal candidate will have exposure to selling products, materials, or customized solutions to large manufacturing clients, particularly those in the tobacco sector. This role is responsible for driving growth in Indonesia, managing key accounts, and building sustainable, long-term partnerships with major clients.
