DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Technical Support Provide timely technical assistance to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensure user satisfaction by delivering effective support solutions and maintaining consistent communication throughout the resolution process. System Administration Utilize monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix) to track and maintain system health and performance. Perform routine system checks and generate regular performance and availability reports to ensure system reliability. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for improvement across tech
REQUIREMENT

Education: Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM). Technical Skills: Proficient in Python / PHP / JavaScript programming. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database management. Operational Skills: Strong time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Familiarity with system monitoring tools such as Zabbix is a plus. Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and develop effective, data-driven solutions. Skilled in applying critical and computational thinking methods to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
