DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement human resource strategies to support the company’s long-term growth and success. Maintain and implement all human resource policies and procedures. Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring we bring in only top-tier talent. Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs and create strategic recruitment plans. Screen, interview, and assess applicants based on skills and cultural fit. Conduct background checks and verify references to ensure quality hires. Conduct psychological and competency assessments to evaluate candidates thoroughly. (e.g. DiSC, PAPI Kostick, IST, etc) Oversee onboarding to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company. Ensure all general affairs (GA) activities are carried out effectively and optimally to support company operations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Human Resource and General Affairs. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and hiring processes. Ability to read and interpret psychological and competency assessments to support hiring decisions. (e.g.: DiSC, PAPI Kostick, IST, etc) Ability to assess technical and soft skills effectively during the hiring process. Excellent communication skills to engage and attract top talent. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Passion for building and maintaining a positive company culture.
