DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Administering and coordinating a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits management Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Maintaining accurate employee records and data, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related needs and challenges Participating in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and enhance the employee experience
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulatory requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels Proficient in data analysis, report generation, and the use of HR-related software and tools Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive work culture
