DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide business intelligence discovery on users and products for business performance tracking and strategy formulation Conduct end-to-end analysis on supply, demand, and market trend to give insightful business initiatives based on historical data Work closely with internal parties to minimize the operation gap and maximize the business performance Develop standard reports and ensure efficient communication to support the sales performance management
REQUIREMENT

University graduate with 2 years' or above experience in similar analytical role, preferably from e-commerce industry or digital market High level of numeracy and analytical ability with strong business acumen Good understanding of campaign targeting or data mining on customer behavioral analyses. Experiences in segmentation is an advantage Excellent analytical skills and able to deal with a fast-paced environment Immediately available is preferred
