Migration Leadership & Strategy
Lead UiPath to Power Automate migration projects from planning to deployment
Conduct comprehensive RPA assessment and feasibility analysis for migration roadmaps
Develop migration strategies and timelines for enterprise-scale automation portfolios
Reverse-engineer UiPath workflows and recreate them in Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows
Establish best practices and standards for Power Automate development post-migration
Create detailed migration documentation and knowledge transfer materials
Technical Development & Architecture
Design and develop complex Power Automate solutions replacing existing UiPath bots
Build Power Automate Desktop flows for desktop application automation
Create Power Automate Cloud flows for business process automation and API integrations
Develop custom connectors and advanced workflows using Power Platform technologies
Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions for enterprise-grade automation
Optimize bot performance and scalability in Microsoft ecosystem
REQUIREMENT
4+ years UiPath development experience (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps)
2+ years Power Automate experience (Desktop, Cloud Flows, Process Advisor)
Migration experience from legacy RPA platforms to modern solutions
Power Platform ecosystem knowledge (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse)
RPA Center of Excellence setup and governance experience
