DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Oversee daily operation of all IT systems, including servers, networks, CRM, telephone systems, CCTV, and Wi-Fi,
Ensure system backups are performed regularly, and data integrity is maintained,
Provide technical support to all level and ensure prompt resolution of IT issues,
Maintain IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and other peripheral devices,
Implement cybersecurity measures to protect internal systems and information,
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
Ensure company align with ISO 27001, ISO 37001, and ISO 45001,
Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, software implementations, or infrastructure improvements,
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for support and procurement,
Evaluate and recommend hardware/software for purchase in alignment with business needs
REQUIREMENT
Experience with ISO 27001, ISO 37001 and ISO 45001,
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and helpdesk support,
Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure systems and related technologies,
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
