REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a regional or area sales management role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers at all levels Proficient in data analysis and using sales reporting tools to drive informed decision-making Thorough understanding of retail operations, marketing, and supply chain management Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo.
