DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to grow, engage, and retain the brand community. Collaborate with KOLs, communities, or media partners for campaigns. Plan and execute community initiatives such as events, webinars, and contests. Collaborate with the marketing team on content and campaign strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and company / product updates. Create engaging content like newsletters and press releases to maintain brand relationships. Represent the brand at events and build networks with key industry figures. Track campaign performance and ROI to refine marketing strategies.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field 3 - 5 years experience in community management, social media, customer service, or similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
