DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Align and monitor team members work performance by knowledge transfer to ensure consistency in work performance of the entire CS team. Determine the work performance gap within the CS team and propose for improvement plan when necessary. Undertake the total sales administrative functions and sales order cycle, in support of the Sales team, to ensure sales order are completed accordingly. Including but not limited to preparing and processing sales orders, purchase requirement, delivery orders, and invoicing (+eFaktur). Undertake other order transactions related to loaned units meant for demonstration, samples, returns, warranty, etc. as when necessary ensure delivery is affected based on customers’ requests to increase relationship with customers. Liaise and follow-up with suppliers on delivery enquiries, order status, and other matters, prepare and update delivery status for submission to customers based on order confirmation from suppliers to ensure service delivery to customer. Follow-up with the internal purchasing and logistic team on delivery status to make sure on time delivery. Ensure prompt delivery of goods and customers are provided with the necessary documents, such as packing lists, upon delivery of goods to ensure customer satisfaction and mitigate future risk of conflict. Handle and follow up with telephone enquiries to make sure order are processed based on proper process. Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork with the Sales team for service delivery improvement to customer. Coordinate and analyze weekly report from the CS team Monitoring delivery orders with Warehouse team, and check the transportation invoice from vendors.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management or any other relevant fields At least 4 to 5 years’ experience in Customer Service (order processing) and experience in leading a CS Team SAP User is a must (SD module) Good command in English both written and spoken
