DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and align annual sales targets with each distributor within Jabodetabek, ensuring mutual commitment to volume and revenue goals. Monitor and drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through structured planning and regular performance reviews. Lead accurate sales forecasting and demand planning, ensuring alignment with market demand and supply chain capabilities. Collaborate with Product Managers and Demand Planners to ensure consistent product availability and stock fulfillment at the distributor level. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key distributors, including conducting monthly visits and joint market activities. Monitor inventory movement and turnover at distributor warehouses to avoid overstock or stockouts. Evaluate and optimize sales process efficiency and team performance within each distributor organization. Support and supervise AR (Accounts Receivable) management, and collaborate on determining appropriate distributor financing mechanisms. Identify and lead geographical expansion within Jabodetabek, focusing on untapped market potential or under-served segments. Conduct regular market visits to gather competitive insights, customer feedback, and ensure strong retail presence. Act as the regional point of contact for coordination with internal departments: marketing, logistics, supply chain, and finance to ensure end-to-end operational efficiency. Provide actionable market intelligence and customer insights to support strategic decisions. Prepare and deliver comprehensive regional performance reports, including sell-in/sell-out analysis, distributor scorecards, and retail execution updates. Monitor and report on key sales KPIs, growth trends, and potential risk areas.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 7–10 years of total experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a regional managerial role handling distributors or key accounts. Prior experience in the building materials industry (e.g., piping systems, tiles, roofing, sanitary ware, construction chemicals) is required. Strong understanding of Jabodetabek market dynamics and will be a plus to have experience to handle other regions in Indonesia. Demonstrated success in managing sales forecasting, planning, and performance tracking. Proven experience in distributor engagement, including contract negotiation, team development, stock and credit control. Capable of managing logistics planning and inventory coordination. Capable of conducting market mapping and expansion planning, supported by data and local insights. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to coach and influence internal and external stakeholders. Willingness to conduct frequent market visits within Jabodetabek and attend periodic outside the region if required.
