DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage employee salary and benefits processes with accurate calculations according to company regulations.
2. Carry out the recruitment and selection process for required positions by the Company.
3. Oversee the performance appraisal process, manage performance improvement plans, and ensure that performance evaluations are conducted consistently and fairly.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Experience in recruitment, administration, or HR operations is a plus. 3. Good understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
