DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and oversee the entire accounting process of the company, including monthly and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax reporting in accordance with applicable laws. Review, verify, and validate data and documents for invoices from suppliers or vendors approaching the due date before making payments. Ensure that funds prepared or available are sufficient for the payments to be made. Review and monitor trade receivables that are overdue for collection by the collection department. Maintain good relationships with banks, tax authority and external auditor. Provide strategic analysis and recommendations related to financial and tax aspects. Responsible for providing data and documents to the tax authorities during SP2DK and tax audits. Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit and ensure the smooth process of the audit. Manage the finance, accounting, and tax team to achieve organizational goals.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field. 5 years of work experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles. Proven experience in managing teams and complex financial or tax projects. Experience with financial reporting, compliance, audit, and taxation laws. Experience in Export Import group companies Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS). Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Up-to-date knowledge of current tax laws and financial regulations. Good leadership and team management skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Placement for our GROUP (Jakarta Selatan).
