DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations Coordinate employee training and development programmes to enhance skills and support career progression Serve as a strategic partner to managers, providing guidance on HR-related issues and employee-related concerns Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and leave management Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and service delivery
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a HR Generalist or in a similar HR role Excellent knowledge of human resource management principles, and practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities Collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset Speaks English fluently (Conversational level are recommended to apply)
