DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions
Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, remuneration package, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
Coordinates compensation processes such as annual salary review, performance bonus, benefit & allowances development, and promotion & salary adjustment
Design & review salary, compensation & benefits and HRIS procedures & policies
Responsible for personnel cost budget including monitoring budget and update to related stakeholders regularly
Identify trends and implement new practices related to C&B to engage and motivate employees such as involved in Annual Salary Survey (benchmarking data)
Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS for efficiency & effectiveness
Manages, leads and develops the team and produce for the successor
Represents the organization at different HR conferences related to Compensation & Benefit area
Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to drive greater efficiency
REQUIREMENT
8+ years of experience in a reward or HRIS management role, preferably within the human resources function of a large organization
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, as well as familiarity with HR information systems and data management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in the use of HRIS software, spreadsheets, and other relevant HR technologies
Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
