REQUIREMENT

Candidates with Software Engineering / QA background are encouraged to apply. Preferably candidate with Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Computer Science/ Information Technology, or equivalent. Mandarin fluency is preferred, as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients. Preferably a minimum of 1 year of working experience in the related field, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of complex projects and experienced in product management. Proficient in PRD writing and documentation of existing modules, with an emphasis on creating flowcharts and UI/UX wireframing/prototyping. Responsible for tracking and following up on project timelines to ensure timely delivery and progress updates Candidates should possess strong analytical & creative thinking skills and be able to analyse requirements from multiple facets. Candidates are expected to be detail-oriented, fast learning, able to work independently, with the ability to communicate product requirements to multiple teams clearly. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively (organizing and coordinating) with both clients and multiple cross-functional teams. Preferably candidates with firm understanding of communication methods (API) between backend and frontend (thru HTTPS/WebSocket & gRPC/JSON format) Extensive knowledge in both development and operations, including but not limited to software development, database management, system architecture, computer networking, UI/UX design is a plus.
