DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle procurement of spare parts and components for bakery, packaging, and food processing machinery (both local and international). Manage purchasing and shipping processes for turnkey project needs. Coordinate with technicians, sales teams, and vendors to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery. Negotiate pricing and evaluate supplier performance. Manage all purchase-related documentation, including shipping and customs for imported goods. Prepare regular purchasing reports and updates.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Associate’s (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or Business Administration. At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the machinery or project-based industry. Fluent in English (spoken and written) – REQUIRED. Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage. Strong attention to detail, negotiation skills, and communication abilities. Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Familiarity with import-export and logistics processes is a plus.
