DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure that each Business Process Outsourcing / Business Prosess as a Services (Call Center / Contact Center) project runs smoothly in terms of administration, planning, implementation, management, development and monitoring
REQUIREMENT

•⁠ ⁠Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with any major, preferrable from Business, Management or Communication with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 •⁠ Have minimum 3 years experience working in a Project Manager / Supervisor especially in Business Process Outsourcing / Business Prosess as a Services (Call Center / Contact Center) •⁠ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •⁠ Ability to work independently and as part of a team •⁠ Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment •⁠ ⁠Willing to be placed at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (member of Anabatic Holding), which is located in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
