DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute omni-channel sales strategies that align with brand and business objectives Manage and grow key accounts across multiple channels, including modern trade, supermarkets, convenience stores, e-commerce. Identify and secure new business opportunities and channel partners Lead annual business planning, target setting, and monthly sales performance reviews Analyze sales data, category trends, and market insights to optimize portfolio and promotional strategies Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure execution excellence
REQUIREMENT
