DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor stock levels, build 3–6 month forecasts, and manage procurement from order to delivery. Create POs, track shipments, and ensure documents (invoice, packing list, COO/Form E, etc.) are complete. Prepare procurement reports, analyze spend and lead times, and recommend cost-saving opportunities. Communicate with suppliers, verify pricing and port details, and follow up on timelines and quality issues. Maintain and improve supplier relationships, resolving issues proactively. Prepare required documents for product licensing and initial procurement (Kemenkes/BPOM, SNI) together with internal teams. Handle related administrative tasks to keep records accurate and up to date.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience with exposure to import procedures. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical problem-solving ability. Good English communication skills, spoken and written. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while coordinating with multiple teams.
