DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collaborate with users from various departments (e.g., sales, inventory, finance, marketing) to understand and document business requirements. Assist in mapping and analyzing current business processes and identifying improvement opportunities. Support the implementation of IT solutions, such as ERP, POS, e-commerce systems, or business intelligence tools. Work closely with system developers and vendors to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately. Assist in preparing functional specifications and user documentation. Participate in system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide day-to-day support for users regarding system issues or inquiries. Maintain proper documentation for business processes and IT change requests.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a business analyst or systems analyst. Proficient in systems analysis techniques and the use of analysis tools (UML, BPMN, Visio, Draw.io). Able to create functional and technical documentation. Basic knowledge of databases and programming languages (SQL, API, etc.). Able to operate data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, and Power BI). Communicative and able to bridge technical and user teams. Experience with ERP, CRM, WMS, or other business systems is a plus.
