DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Talent Acquisition In charge of end-to-end recruitment process. Manage job ads through jobportals. Maintain relation and coordinate with headhunters based on ongoing needs. Utilize and maintain good use of Psychological Test Platforms. Serve as liaison between candidates and user. Provide timely recruitment reports. Performance Management Monitor the status and performance of contract employees. Responsible for maintaining proper use of Employee Performance Records System. Educate and guide users on the utilization of the Employee Performance Module. Ensure proper recapitulation of timely employee performance reports. Provide performance reports for the needs of employee career transitions. Industrial Relations Involved in the timely updates of the company's Collective Labor Agreement and its derivatives. Monitor and maintain compliance on timely reports to the Ministry of Manpower. Ultimately serve as the company's representative for Employment Norms Cadre.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Psychology/ HR Management/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent. Required language(s): Professional English, both written and oral. Required Skills: Microsoft Excel (Professional level), professional interpersonal communication. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related fields. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in HR or equivalent. Tough, resilient, flexible, high-level of initiative.
