REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Capital Strategy. Proven track record in designing employer branding strategies, career frameworks, and performance systems. Experience in leading engagement surveys, culture building, and change management programs. Deep understanding of organization development models, competency frameworks, and job evaluation tools. Strategic thinking with strong analytical and data interpretation skills (HC analytics, dashboards, performance tracking). Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior leaders.
