REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and industrial relations. Proven ability to manage labor law compliance, employee relations, and conflict mediation. Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, and document management tools. Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and employment policies. Excellent analytical skills in compensation, benefits, and regulatory risk tracking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in sensitive or escalated employee issues. Detail-oriented with strong administrative, compliance, and process management capabilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee matters with discretion. Knowledge of ISO standards, audits, or HR operational certifications is a plus.
