REQUIREMENT
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the multifinance or leasing industry Direct experience with Confins core system implementation, migration, or enhancement projects Deep understanding of leasing workflows, business process improvements, and system integration Skilled in managing project timelines, scope, and budgets Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field Able to commit to project-based engagement with defined deliverables and timelines
