DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead end-to-end HR operations across all in-country branches to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with global standards. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in driving workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives. Guide and support site-level HR teams in areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, training, performance management, and employee engagement. Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with local labor laws while aligning with the organization's broader mission and values. Champion a culture of service, empathy, and accountability across all levels of the organization. Develop and implement talent retention strategies to support continuous operational readiness and capability building. Serve as a key liaison with regional HR counterparts to ensure alignment of people initiatives and best practices.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with prior experience in a senior HR leadership role overseeing multiple business units or branch operations. Strong understanding of local labor regulations and HR best practices. Proven experience in managing HR teams remotely and across multiple sites. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to driving operational efficiency and cultural alignment. Fluent in English
