DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Secretariat, Office Administration, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Business Administration, or Corporate Governance is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in a secretarial, governance, or compliance role supporting a board or senior executives, preferably in the financial services or insurance/reinsurance sector. Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, regulatory frameworks (including OJK regulations), and board procedures. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written). High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in managing meeting documentation and correspondence.
