Design marketing strategies for new product launches, including preorder offer development.
Oversee the gift procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes to ensure cost control and alignment with brand positioning.
Plan and implement in-store theme activities, promotion, and roadshows to enhance product exposure and sales.
Develop an annual major promotion marketing calendar based on local Indonesian promotional nodes (e.g., Eid al-Fitr, Christmas).
Design weekend fixed promotion activities (e.g., limited-time discounts, exclusive member benefits), formulate activity SOPs, and synchronize with stores for implementation.
Plan theme activities for major promotions (e.g., price discounts, lucky draws, live-stream shopping) and drive O2O traffic to stores.
Complete the selection of promotional gifts (e.g., giveaways, purchase-with-purchase prizes) and supplier price comparison based on marketing objectives and customer preferences.
Coordinate with suppliers and store teams to ensure timely delivery of new product materials and promotional items.
Follow up on on-site activity execution, collect store feedback and consumer data, and optimize the activity experience.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields; 1-3 years of marketing experience in the retail industry.
Familiarity with local Indonesian consumption habits and promotion cycles, with a localized marketing mindset.
Proficiency in activity planning, material design (basic PS/design software operation), and data analysis.
Strong cross-departmental communication skills (coordinating with stores, procurement, and design teams), and ability to adapt to frequent on-site execution.
Max 40 years old
Fluent in English is a MUST
