DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop national sales strategies and work plans, including monthly and annual targets.
Define and monitor the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. -Approach and sell directly to leading beauty clinics and priority customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, doctors, and decision-makers in the aesthetics industry.
Build and lead a national sales team, including recruitment, training, and coaching.
Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Provide market feedback for product development and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, promotions, and educational events.
Handle a team of 11 salespeople (Jakarta, Medan, and Surabaya)
Report to Chinese expats
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 8 years of experience in an aesthetics company (Is a Must)
Must have an active and credible network of beauty clinics and aesthetic doctors (Is a Must)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to be highly mobile and travel out of town.
