1. Handle customer inquiries of their shipment
2. Deliver fast and excellent solutions to customers.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
4. Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
5. Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
6. Well organized, capable and practiced in handling complex and multifaceted tasks.
7. Selecting export and import services and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
8. Expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure solution.
9. Responsible for preparing & checking documents and reports on export-import activities to customers.
10. Coordinate with agents related to export, import and forwarding activities.
11. Good decision making and problem solve skills.
12. Attracts potential customers by answering product and services questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
REQUIREMENT
Min. S1 major from Management Transportation
Familiar with transportation and forwarding services for export and import.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Having strong and well develop communication and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skill, well organized, high motivation, good analytical thinking.
Pleasant personality, tight in follow up and detail oriented.
Has ability multitasking person
Fast adaptation and eager to learn
