DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Planning and executing audit planning to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
Analyze sales transactions to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policy.
Visit dealers and perform audit procedures such as testing, data analysis, interviewing staff, and interviewing dealers.
This position reports directly to the CFO.
To maintain its independence and impartiality.
Identifying potential weaknesses in internal controls and risk management systems.
Review customer rebates to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accruals and payments.
Monitoring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Documenting audit findings and recommendations in clear and concise reports.
Communicating audit findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure they are effective.
Following up on unresolved issues and providing ongoing support.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in internal control, Prior experience in the home appliance industry or related industries is preferred.
Minimum GPA of 3.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong report-writing skills.
Preferability Male.
Fluent in English, Mandarin is an advantage.
Willing to go on business trips.
Proficient in Microsoft apps (Ms. Office, Ms. Excell. Etc.).
