DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistic Purchasing professional located in Cakung-Cilincing, Jakarta. The role entails sourcing and purchasing Logistic materials and services, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts. The professional will closely collaborate with the other teams to ensure the timely procurement of high-quality materials or services that meet Logistic specifications. Daily tasks also include troubleshooting purchasing issues maintaining accurate purchasing records and Vendor Management.
REQUIREMENT

Experience in Logistic Purchasing for minimal 3 years. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in purchasing Logistic with a strong understanding of Logistic Items, Custom Clearance, Inland Trucking and Domestic/International Shipping. Experience in managing purchasing bids/tenders, including preparing documents, evaluating bids, and awarding contracts. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with 3PL, Forwarder, Courier, Transporter, Shipping Lines and related 3rd Party. Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses and budget reviews. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate Logistic information to Internal Stakeholders. Proficiency in handling Vendor Evaluation & Vendor Management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems. Full proficiency in English
