DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively manage and develop key accounts to drive sales and revenue growth Negotiate and secure favourable commercial terms with customers Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities Provide regular reporting and data analysis to inform business decisions Mentor and support more junior members of the sales team
REQUIREMENT

Significant experience (3+ years) in a key account management or sales supervisory role within the FMCG industry Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen, with a track record of securing favourable deals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets Familiarity with the Surabaya, Medan, or Jabodetabek markets and customer base About the role This is a fantastic opportunity to join PT Kartika Inti Sejati, our business unit as a Key Account Supervisor in the FMCG division.
