Manage employee learning & development process from competency matrix mapping to a qualified program from onboarding, orientation, enriching & enlargement skills through a deep down SOP
Manage existing and future HR budget from human cost to other expenses are allign with our objectives to be a low cost manufacturing organization
Build people capability to support digital transformation program
Manage a very efficient & effective HR process from talent management, performance evaluation, personell administation, industrial relation & termination management.
Manage all the company's level strategic objectives and casacade measurement until the unit level
Prepare and build stronger company's fundamental capability to sustain in a very competitive business
Build, review and assess all the organization effectiveness performance, the quality of management system and provide recommendation to achieve organization transformation
