DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in managing general accounting functions and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. Support the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with relevant standards. Monitor cost accounting activities to ensure proper allocation and provide insights for efficiency improvements. Contribute to the development and coordination of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax reports and filings, while maintaining compliance with local regulations. Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes, including preparation of required documentation. Review and reconcile key accounts, including payables, receivables, inventory, and fixed assets. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting systems.
REQUIREMENT

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional qualification such as Tax Brevet, CPA, CA, or ACCA is advantageous. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
