DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsibility for monitoring the performance of all call center team, working according to push the performance of the call center, monitoring the agent billing process, and achieving targets at different budgets and lowering the NPL
Good data and support call center team data analysis, cases shared with agents, performance report, and daily payments, timely feedback of deficiencies found in the work process to the relevant department
Support training especially for billing work features, making training documents, and arranging training, strengthening and building internal teams
Audit the progress of external agent work regularly through an effective management model
Maintain relationship with vendor for external agents and internal department
Provide support for Team Activities such as Team Building, Blast information, etc
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree from any major
Having professional experience in bill management
Familiar with invoicing, analysis, QC and things that are in accordance with the OJK, in the field of billing has a lot of experience
Have data analysis skills, and familiar with the operation system
Have a good cooperation spirit
Familiar with Office software
Language skills: English is a must and Mandarin is a plus
