DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Monitoring production processes and making real-time adjustments to optimize performance Managing raw material usage and inventory to support seamless production Collaborating closely with the Quality Control and Maintenance teams Training and mentoring production staff to achieve operational excellence Keeping accurate production records and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) Identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives Ensuring all operations align with ISO standards and relevant regulatory requirement
REQUIREMENT

We’re seeking a proactive and hands-on Production Supervisor who thrives in a manufacturing environment and leads by example.
