REQUIREMENT
At least 2 years of relevant work experience (in a tech recruiter capacity). Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Psychology. Proven success in recruiting and sourcing for technical roles in a fast-paced environment. Have knowledge in recruitment process such as candidate selection, interviewing, psychological test, and assessment. Strong relationship management and consultative skills (with candidates, hiring managers and key business partners); ability to influence, inform, and negotiate. Experience working on applicant tracking systems, sourcing, recruiting data & recruiting tools. Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skill. Multitasking and independent. Able to maintain performance under pressure and target-oriented.
