DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of MES to support manufacturing efficiency and traceability. Oversee IT systems and infrastructure within the assembly plant, ensuring uptime and performance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES and related production systems. Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to align IT solutions with manufacturing needs. Monitor and ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance within plant systems. Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for MES integration and enhancements. Maintain accurate IT and MES documentation, SOPs, and project tracking.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT role within an automotive manufacturing environment – MES experience highly preferred. Hands-on experience in MES implementation, troubleshooting, and support. Familiarity with ERP system integration (e.g., SAP) and plant-floor technologies. Solid understanding of industrial network infrastructure and cybersecurity. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
