DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical support to users related to network and server access issues. Install and configure physical and virtual servers based on operational needs. Monitor server performance in real-time to ensure system stability and uptime. Perform regular data backups and ensure proper data recovery procedures. Support end-users with access and functionality issues related to server-based applications. Implement security policies, including patching and access controls, to safeguard servers. Maintain and update technical documentation and server configurations. Collaborate with other IT teams on project implementation and new technology solutions. Support IT audits and compliance efforts, ensuring servers meet security and regulatory standards. Proactively maintain IT system integrity and security, and address vulnerabilities in a timely manner. Ensure server infrastructure complies with industry standards such as GDPR, ISO, and company policies.
REQUIREMENT

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Technical Skills: Experience managing physical and virtual servers, networks, and storage systems (on-premise and cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP). Ability to plan server capacity and analyze business needs. Proficient in managing server OS such as Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), and UNIX. Strong understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN. Experience with storage systems (NAS, SAN), RAID configuration, backup and recovery. Familiar with security best practices, patch management, firewalls, and antivirus systems. Skilled in using monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix) and server troubleshooting. Ability to implement and integrate new technologies into existing server infrastructure. Familiar with disaster recovery strategies and backup tools (e.g., Veeam, Veritas). Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and network virtualization (VLAN, SDN). Understanding of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP). Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and tool development. Experience using IT service management tools (ITSM) for handling support tickets and workflows. Capable of creating and maintaining technical documentation and user guides. Familiar with IT compliance standards like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
