DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Answer incoming calls/fax/e-mail about inquiry & discrepancies from customers Able to listen to customer's complaints and calm down the angry customers Able to build good relationship both with internal (all departments) and external part in company Order processing after quotation confirmed Providing information to customers about price and stock availability Able to deal with customers directly and put the price independently Follow-up quotation or payment status Good filing system Negotiations and contracting skills
REQUIREMENT

At least Bachelor Degree from any major graduated At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position Able to work under pressure Able to work in team or individual, good communication, interpersonal skill, highly motivated and initiative Have a willingness to work hard Preferably domiciled in Semarang
